Performance Survey Results

State Fund

Every fall, we survey our brokers and policyholders about our performance. This is an important way for our customers to help us improve our services. This year, nearly 1,800 policyholders and 150 brokers told us how they feel. And we are very happy to share some of the highlights.

Policyholder Trends

According to our policyholders, these are our areas of improvement over the last two years:

  • Making a payment
  • Customer support
  • Renewing a policy
  • Navigating www.StateFundCA.com

We are also thrilled to share that 81 percent of those surveyed say they are likely to renew their policy. And the majority of those surveyed indicate having overall satisfaction as a policyholder.

Broker Trends

A whopping 94 percent of brokers are likely to continue their business relationship with us.

The majority of our brokers indicated seeing improvements in the following areas:

  • Quoting a policy
  • Binding a policy
  • BindNow
